FARS Electronic Check Recovery Program (ECR)
		FARS (Federal Automated Recovery System) is the extensive program developed by IBG to recover dishonored checks. This program has been used by IBG customers for over 6 years and results in the collection of over 75% of dishonored checks within 5-7 business days and another 10% within the next 30 business days. FARS returns 100% of the face amount of all collected NSF checks to the merchant. 		IBG’s FEDeCHEX program offers merchants the ability to accept checks with the same security they have with credit cards. Merchants can convert a paper check to electronic funds, thereby increasing cash flow and enables acceptance of checks by telephone or website as well as by mail.
